If you get the chance to come to the States, though it is a big decesion on where you'd like go and what what you'd like to see, I'd recommend visiting Chicago. The Field Museum has developted something a lot like your idea in number seven called the Pritzker Laboratory for Molecular Systematics and Evolution. Any time I've visited I've seen a variety of individuals working within the lab on a range of projects. And as a (unemployed) museum educator, I heartily agree on your feelings of having the support of the government to keep museums strong.Katenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6540004930810199220.post-38618623476614793892013-10-31T20:12:53.783+00:002013-10-31T20:12:53.783+00:00Thanks, I'll try to !Thanks, I'll try to !Jakehttp://www.jakes-bones.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6540004930810199220.post-64165515068383155192013-10-31T20:12:19.613+00:002013-10-31T20:12:19.613+00:00Thanks !Thanks !Jakehttp://www.jakes-bones.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6540004930810199220.post-5670703097622716442013-10-31T20:11:56.805+00:002013-10-31T20:11:56.805+00:00After I wrote this I heard that there are a lot of...After I wrote this I heard that there are a lot of private museums which don't rely on government money, but I still think museums should try to be free.Jakehttp://www.jakes-bones.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6540004930810199220.post-42248804318101618912013-10-31T20:10:51.534+00:002013-10-31T20:10:51.534+00:00Cool ! I personally like old Victorian style museums where its crammed with all sorts of exhibits that require you to come back again and again to see what you missed the first time.

Perth museum and Art Gallery is great, I like to pop in when I'm in town visiting my mum (and put the beaver costume on :P).Stefnoreply@blogger.com
